  1. Yay!! Can’t wait for your album.

  2. Thanks for the update. Um… don’t know what to say except hurry up! :P

  3. So excited for November to get here! Everything sounds amazing so far, so keep with that and it will be a great album!

  4. Just recently, upon hearing your song “Bird in a Storm” for the first time, I cried. Your song reached in and touched a chord in me, one from which the sound is still resonating, but which one I don’t know yet. I have to sort it out. I can’t decide what to feel. I describe my music to others as being the conduit through pieces of me which words sometimes fail to adequately describe are enunciated. The pieces of you I hear in your music tell me that every fiber in your being screams to be played and listened to, to be heard. For those of us out here that truly appreciate soul searing, heart wrenching, absolute truth in the form of music, keep on keepin on. Best of luck. -JB

    • Joel, I’m so happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed some of my new music, and I really hope that you’ll find the same sort of honesty and value in the rest of this album. It’s funny that you say “words sometimes fail”, because I was once in a band called “words fail” and to this date, it’s one of my favorite band names for the very reason you stated: that music can sometimes transcend beyond linguistics.

  5. I accidently discovered your music while surfing YouTube one day after a break up. I listened to Better Days and instantly fell inlove with your style, your voice and the raw and pure emotion that you put into your songs.

The video for Written at a Rest Stop is also unreal. The connection between you and your songs is something I have never been able to put into words.

I ordered your first CD a few weeks back and received it. I’ve been listening to it pretty faithfully, so when I stopped by here and saw that you were releasing a new album, it made my day :)

Keep up the great work Ronnie! Hope to see you come up to Canada some day.

    • Hey Mel, thanks for ordering the CD, and for taking the time to stop by here and check in. I’m really glad that you’ve been enjoying the music, and I’d love to make my way up to Canada some day :)

  6. I have been one of your biggest fans for years! I listen to your music every day and i’m super stoked for your november album! :)

BTW I dedicated Falling For You to a girl once and she loved it lol :)

  7. Ron, i’ve been a follower for years. I love you, your music, your words. Everything you put out entrances me.
But I kind of feel like you have a habit of leading us on. You’ve been promising big things for years. I am all for perfecting, etc but I really feel like you’re jerking us around. I just don’t think you should promise something if you can’t actually hand it up.

You’re not losing a fan, or a follower, I am just attempting to voice what i’m sure many others are feeling, if they haven’t already. I have been on the edge of my seat for a new album since The Album, and I will continue to wait, as long as I have to.

Thank you for everything you’ve given me. Us.

    • I’m sorry that you feel led on…

I’ve been following my muse through the most difficult years of my life, but I have remained faithful throughout them all that there will be a vindication at the end of it. I completely understand how you feel, as I am myself at the mercy of my own creative whims, depressed spells, manic flights, and paranoid falls, but such is the nature of honest art– it cannot be forced.

I listen for my muse to speak, and I write only when I have heard something true. So, I promise you that this album will be genuinely inspired and soulful– but I promise nothing else.

I hope that it will be done soon, more than you could ever imagine, I do. It’s been killing me to pursue this music (really, it has been… I’ve seen a steady and drastic decline in my health). So, when I tell you that nightly I cry out to be done with it, I’m speaking truthfully. And I really am sorry that it hasn’t happened, yet. It’s brought me a lot of shame and grief to think of the time that I’ve allowed to pass.

  8. adorei seus videos, sua voz e etc.

Eu estou estudando ingles, onde consigo as letras

    Thanks

    Leo

  9. Hellos again,sounds very very well,congratulations!!!
Hopefully never change the way you can be in the world.

  10. I’m stoked for the album! I keep listening to your old songs so much that I think my parents are thinking ‘he just needs to get that album out so we can hear other songs’. I’m pretty sure that’s what they’re thinking at this point.

  11. Hi Ronnie!

I just randomly found you on YouTube and I have completely fallen in love with your music! The first song I heard of yours tonight was “Better Days” and all I will say is that it really spoke to me. I needed to hear that tonight. I’m still listening to your songs and I will be buying your album VERY soon. As a singer/songwriter, myself, I wish you the best of luck with your music! Thank you so much for your amazing music!

    -Bekah
